This popular brand of household products—ranging from bleach to lip gloss to Ranch dressing—hired DigitalMedea to do research prior to launching a new site. We ran site analytics, interviewed the corporate stakeholders, and inventoried the content.
The resulting recommendations included a detailed IA and wireframe templates, which greatly reduced the under- and non-performing content.
